5. Payments

• Traffic fines

• Cleaning fees

• Contract violations

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of rental services.
 

6. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before accepting possession.

Any existing damage should be reported immediately.

The renter agrees to return the vehicle in substantially the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
 

7. Accidents and Damage

In the event of an accident, theft, or vehicle damage, the renter must:

• Cooperate with insurance and investigation procedures.

• Provide accurate incident details.

Failure to report incidents promptly may affect liability and insurance coverage.
 

8. Insurance

Insurance coverage may be provided subject to the terms of the applicable insurance policy.

Customers remain responsible for:

• Deductibles or excess amounts

• Excluded damages

• Breaches of rental conditions
